We offer to the public, a variety of used vacuum equipment that can be purchased as is or completely renovated. Another option is to allow us to design and fabricate any of your special vacuum, cryogenic or gas handling systems.
Or, if you prefer, we are able to work from customer-supplied drawings to create any project you desire. We can manufacture manifolding, chambers, support structures, weldments and special systems from stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum and other alloys.
The process begins with the precision machining of all components to exact specifications. To ensure our products keep within design parameters during all stages of manufacturing, we institute a complete quality control inspection. The assemblies are welded, brazed or vacuum brazed to ASME standards using a variety of production methods. We then test all components and systems using ASTM or Military standards to ensure your product meet design specifications. A final inspection confirms that your project is ready to ship.
