Quick Turnarounds
We offer quick one to two week turnarounds. Once in house, your pump is tagged with information such as customer name, model number, manufacturer, serial number and any accessories that arrived with the pump.
The pump is disassembled and cleaned (with proper health and contamination precautions) so that all major components may be properly inspected and analyzed. The motors are also bench checked for proper operation.
This inspection/analysis is helpful in determining the cause of pump failure. This information may help the customer in lowering repair costs and downtime.
All pans are inspected for wear and defects, checking against OEM specified tolerances. A detailed repair quote is generated for customer approval prior to repair. At no time is a fee charged for "evaluation" or"inspection".
The pump is then reassembled and tested for 48 hours. Items such as pressure, vibration noise, operating temperature and ultimate vacuum are checked against the specifications as set for by the original equipment manufacturer.
The pump is drained of oil cleaned externally and painted prior to shipping back to the customer. We offer a one year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty goes into effect from the date of installation.
