Our goal with this service offering, is to address the needs of the thermal and vacuum process industries. We are trying to provide services that will generate customer satisfaction. One of the ways we are trying to accomplish this goal, is by providing furnace rebuilding and hot zone repair services. This includes, but is not limited to, furnace rebuilding, furnace modifications, hot zone repairs (moly, tungsten, graphite, ceramic and carbon composite) and the refurbishing of cages.
It is also possible to retrofit oil quench systems to positive gas quenching using a special system design.
All vacuum furnaces are completely overhauled including graphite or moly hot zones, heat exchangers, baffles, water jackets, replacement of oil quench, gas purge retrofits and complete control and vacuum system modifications.
Furnace refurbishing can be accomplished on-site at the customer's facility or can be repaired in-house.
Our materials department can help you with high temperature materials and fabrications, moly, graphite, carbon composites, ceramics, vacuum formed ceramic fiber products, graphoil and felts. We also manufacture cast and fabricated components, heating elements, retorts, muffles, frays, grids and baskets.
