QF (or quick flange) components are an economical, convenient and simplified means of constructing vacuum systems. This flange system will operate from atmosphere to 1 x 10-7 ton and from -15C to 150°C. All manufacturers of these components, regardless of how they are designated (KF, NW, QF, etc.) machine them to the measurements as set forth by ISO standards and as such, are interchangeable.
ISO-QF components have been used with total success in both rough and high vacuum applications (cryogenics, vacuum drying, vacuum coating and tube evacuation). These flanges are sexless, rotatable, self-centering and most importantly, available in a multitude of configurations.
We offer clamps, seals, flanges, adapters, elbows, tees and crosses to name a few. Stocked in not only QF1O, 16, 25, 40 and 50 sizes, we also offer this line as ISO-LF (large flange) consisting of NW63, 80, 100, 160, 200, 250, 320, 400 and 500 sizes.
