Couplings
Vacuum couplings and plugs of stainless steel, brass or a combination of a brass nut and compression ring with a stainless steel sleeve are available. The o-ring groove is machined directly into the retainer ring.
Vacuum union couplings made of 304 stainless steel that accommodate tube O.D. sizes of ΒΌ" to 2" are a catalog item. Metal seal compression ports, allows the end user to easily make vacuum tight, all metal bakeable connections between the copper tubing and the stainless steel vacuum chambers and systems.
Stanton Industries also provides an offering of VCO, VCR and Swagelock® fittings, which can be mated to any size and type of flange. We offer some combinations as standard product, however, we can quote on any specific requirement.
Feedthroughs
Direct Drive Rotary Motion Feedthroughs
Designed for manual or mechanical operation; available in aluminum or stainless steel; designed to fit standard 1" diameter through-hole mounting for wall thicknesses of up to 1".
Feedthrough For Gas Backfill/Thermocouple Gauge
Constructed of aluminum or stainless steel, designed for applications requiring use of T gauge or for gas backfilling into systems, designed with 1/8" NPT on each end to accept gauges or tubing, will fit into a standard 1" diameter mounting hole.
1000 AMP Hi-Current Watercooled Feedthrough
Used to transfer low voltage (50 volt max.) high current electrical power into a vacuum atmosphere; one piece is constructed of oxygen-free copper and brass.
Blank Plug Feedthrough
Seals mounting holes in vacuum chambers when not in use.
Quick Connect Feedthrough
Designed to accept tabulations having outside diameters of 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8" and 3/4".
100# Quick Connect Feedthrough
Enables mounting of ionization gauges and other tabulations with a 1" diameter into baseplates or feedthrough rings with 1" holes.
